Hoops360 Rookies SAQ
SAQ Add-On for rookies establishes body position as it relates to basketball and on court movements. It introduces how to get into and athletic stance and how to move while in that basic stance. It then uses basic ladder footwork drills for improved balance, more efficient movements, and decreased chances of injury do to improper body positions and movements. Each SAQ session meets either 30 minutes before or after the Rookies on the court basketball session.
Hoops360 Future Stars SAQ
SAQ Add-On for Future stars continues to build on body position and movements specific to basketball including quicker first step for attacking, more explosive lateral movements for defense, improved vertical leap, and multidirectional changes to optimize player movements on the court. This program also begins to introduce plyometric exercises to help development and strength to challenge the athlete. Each SAQ session meets either 30 minutes before or after the Rookies on the court basketball session.
SAQ is included in the Select training and focuses drill that work hand in hand with the on court focus for each particular practice. These drills are designed to increase in difficulty as well as specific movements to help improve linear speed, lateral speed and explosiveness, vertical leap, conditioning, and basketball specific changes of direction for peak on court performance. This program utilizes ladders, hurdles, change of direction drills, and plyometrics to help reach these standards.
SAQ is included in the Premier Training and works to create the optimal player from having the quickest first step and vertical leap when attacking the rim to faster reaction and more explosive movements in an athletic stance when playing defense. This SAQ will utilize drills and training movements used by colleges and pros to help create better players at the next level.
